RecommendedIf is a professional and friendly spa offering a variety of healthy choices for young and old. At the ages of 83 and 84, my husband and I use "healthy feet", reflexology and specialized massage for circulation, skin conditioning, nail trimming etc. Beth, Lindsay and Katie take care of these services which are making our lives so much better. This was an amazing find. As a spa owner and massage therapist myself I am very particular about where I go... this is an adorable and quaint place, but with an upscale vibe. The staff was very friendly, the space is well done and my Massage Therapist was absolutely wonderful. Knowing that I don't get much time to relax she made sure to really make my experience a memorable one and I truly was able to just let go. Thank you for a job well done Vitality Spa, I will definitely be back the next time I am in CT.
