I got a text of an appointment I never made. However I canceled right back on the same text immediately. I called and left message and got no return call. I got charged $35 for missing an appointment I cancelled and never made. Not one called me back from Vitality Skin Care of Cedar Park ever. I called and got an operator about letting her know I can show proof on my cell phone of the cancellation and she transferred me to an answering machine that said it could not take any calls and to leave a message which I did and hit t... read more
