Understanding, kind patient staff.
Sadly their customer service is very poor. The “office manager” was extremely rude when I requested my $200.00 deposit back. Even though I called to cancel my appt within 24 hours of scheduling and the appointment wasn’t until October. I would have rescheduled at a later date but I would never give this place my money now. I say I’m disappointed is an understatement since they spoke about menopause at my company. Might want to rethink “Danny” speaking to women who already are going through enough and give a little grace.
She is the BEST functional medicine doctor in Chicago! She balanced my hormones and I lost a ton of weight.
