I would like to commend the entire staff at Vitality @ Mountain Home! The staff are the most inviting , accommodating, informative feels like talking to family people as well as atmosphere I’ve ever encountered! The wonderful people keep me wanting to come back , uplifted, striving , encouraged and a person or boss couldn’t ask for a better staff or environment!
