I never thought I’d be so excited to leave a review for an urology clinic…but here I am! First of all, if yall get a bit anxious about seeing the urologist, arrive a bit early and enjoy the incredible fish tank and attempt to find everything listed on the wall. When I had my bladder cancer, Dr. Decker was the one my PC picked out. BAD mistake! Although he did a good job in removing the cancer, the professionalism is very lacking. It all began in the operating prep room where I waited for 2 hours all prepped up. Then the follow up visits at his office, same thing. You have an appointment, maybe you get in an hour later and then you sit in the exam room, again all prepped up and stripped down, waiting and waiting. I was very impressed with Amy. She showed me the ct scan and explained everything in a very easy to understand way. She also went out of her way to answer a question. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and professional.
Took 6 weeks to get the appt. Then take off work and get there at 8 A.M for them to not have ordered the Valium or any thing and tell me tough luck just go without it. Laughed bc it was gunna be so painful of a process, they called one in as they talked to me to a pharmacist that was closed and it would've been to late for it to have any effect. I do not recommend this bandaid clinic, you are a number up there and a paycheck. I do not trust the people to take care of a patient.
