Worst experience ever! Years ago and in the more recent past, I was satisfied. My latest visit was a nightmare! Lauren bruised me with filler in my cheeks and mouth area. The procedure was incredibly painful. The bruise took more than a week to heal. No one even called to check on me and it's been 2 weeks! I spent way too much $$$ for no results. I've been coming to Vitality Med Spa for a couple of years now. I cannot say enough about their injectors, specifically Lauren. I met Lauren when I purchased an NAD+ vile- she was so thorough and knowledgeable that I decided to get my fillers done with her. I have now seen her a few times for my chin and cheeks and my results are incredible! Scammers! I paid $1600.00 for injections that lasted approximately two days. Save your time and money.
I absolutely love my lip fillers! It was my first time getting them and the experience was awesome. Lauren was amazing, super kind, professional, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. I’m obsessed with the results and will definitely be recommending her to all my friends!
I came to this practice for Botox, I was really uncomfortable with one aspect of the experience: they asked for a tip. I’ve never encountered that at a medical or cosmetic practice before, and it felt very awkward. Botox is a medical procedure, not a spa service, and it just didn’t sit right with me to be put in that position.
