I’ve been going to vitality med spa for approximately 10 years. The staff members are pleasure to deal with and Dr. Elizabeth is top-notch.
I was having issues with fatigue, anxiety , sleeplessness and headaches. Following a hysterectomy with extensive endometriosis removal I decided to have my hormones checked. I found Dr Mendoza online and scheduled an appointment. Her staff was so friendly and welcoming and personable. I instantly felt comfortable. My first visit she started me on HRT and now 2 months later I have never felt better! I have dropped pounds and gained muscle mass and no longer suffer from any of the previous symptoms!
