Had a tense neck and booked a deep tissue massage with Prairie and a follow up 2 weeks later with her for a relaxation massage. She did a phenomenal job and my neck and shoulders feel so much better. I have booked again for maintenance. Prairie is an outstanding young lady with a great personality and obviously loves what she does as it shines through in light conversation we had. An asset to Vitality to say the least.
I highly recommend Vitality Massage & Wellness. It can be difficult to find a massage clinic that consistently provides a great experience, but I’m happy to say I’ve found my go-to place. The staff were friendly and professional, and the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Melissa was my massage therapist, and she was absolutely amazing knowledgeable, attentive, and highly skilled. I see Siobhan for RAPID neurofascial reset. I suffer from chronic back pain brought on from both scoliosis and year round physical labor for my job. Siobhan is 10/10.
