From the moment you walk into the community, there’s such a beautiful and calming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at peace. A huge part of that feeling comes from your director of wellness Parveen and the energy she brings into the building every single day. What I appreciate most is that she is genuinely herself. The folks working at Sonata (recently renamed Vitality Living Windemere) seem universally kind and helpful. However, other aspects have deteriorated over the past two years. While there are still moments of greatness here, the consistency varies widely. First off, the food quality has deteriorated. Two years ago, the menu offered a variety of entrees comparable to what you might eat in a mid-level restaurant. Today, the menu repeats, and occasionally the meal is a sandwich with cold cuts.
