Short staffed most of the time. Too many aides working 16 hour shifts. Very few activities,. Was told that the automatic withdraw would be canceled, and my bank account would not be charged in January since my Dad moved out in December, and my account was charged. I was told it could take up to a month to get reimbursed! it shouldn't have been taken out in the first place! My dad was not happy there and I am definitely not happy with the mediocre care he received while he was staying at Brookdale.
Brookdale Village is an awesome place to work. Its a big happy family. I enjoy every min of it. My residents bring so much joy in my life. Brookdale Village we rock.
This is great place for seniors to call home!!! Some of the best folks in senior living work here
