We had our friend Betty Miller their till she passed away. Everyone there and works there where WONDERFUL WITH HER. The perfect place for you love one. They make them feel like they are home. And when you come visit you feel that way also. So don't be afraid to put your love ones their. They well be loved and taken care of 24/7. Better then your able to take care of them at home. RUN RUN RUN far away from this horrible place! These people can careless about your family members. They lie about controlled substance just to get more money! The maintenance men are freaking ridiculous , they take packages for days and don’t give to patients almost as if they check what’s in there, plus they had the nerve to tell my father to cancel the power of attorney we have so we don’t have say, what kind of horrid company can careless about the frailty of these people. My parents lived in this complex for over five years. The staff cares about the residents and treats them like family. The buildings are always clean and well maintained.
First day here and everyone is so welcoming. From the top administrators to the waitstaff. Compared to another assisted living community Vitality is 10,000 times better. Thank you everyone who has made my friend Terri comfortable
My Dearest Aunt is a resident here. This past week, I brought her brother (my Dad) to see her. The staff at this facility are thr nicest people. They arranged for us to have a private area to visit and share a family style meal. We were all so taken aback by the unexpected kindness we were shown. The staff here gets it. They Know how special these folks are to the ones who love them. I left with no angst over her wellbeing.
