Highly recommend this place the place is nice com table and the food was very good there is alot to choose from Wendy and Frankie are very nice.
All the staff are wonderful with the residents. Very caring. It's great having my mom reside there and feel at home.
If I could give that place a negative star I would. The staff their lie continously they lie as natural as breathing air. One of their clients has fallen at least 23 times in the past month. They don't check on their residents nor give them any hygiene care or any other care that they may need. They have a very clicky atmosphere if they don't feel that you fit in they will slander your name and purposefully get you terminated and henceforth they continue to spread rumors. My grandpa spent 5 hours on the bathroom floor with NO help here. They tale advantage of old people. Its really twisted. They act like you get 2 weeks free when you sign up, but then make you wait an extra week to get in. So you only get 1 week at 5500 dollars/month. Then when you move out, they make you leave when they say your paperwork went through. Not a week later when they let you move in. FRAUD.
Everything sounded great at the initial meeting with my dad, who is in a wheelchair and unable to walk. We took comfort in being told he would have an alert button necklace as part of living there because he is prone to falling down and needs Two weeks into his stay he fell and spent 5 hours laying on the floor of his apartment because Vitality did not give him the alert device.
