Trey Bennett is amazing. He really knows his stuff. I've recently been working with his psychiatric nurse practitioner, Jen Thibault, who is beyond incredible. She also is Lifestyle Medicine, WFPB-informed, and trauma-informed, and knows her DSM-V really well. (Speaking from the perspective of a social worker.). I had the best NP exam in my life with Trey. We went over genetics, rest, stress, nutrition, concerns, goals, and went through my recent labs from my previous doctor lineup by line . He took the time to explain, educate, and listen to me. Who doesn’t want that in a clinician/provider???? I have a follow up, but Trey may be that provider I was looking for and I may be firing my primary care doctor we shall see…..

Trey Bennett has been my primary care provider for the last couple of years. During that time, he has worked with me to proactively implement an increasingly healthy lifestyle, as well as creatively address the occasional health issue that might arise.
