this place to ANYONE!! Upon arrival there was no one up front to greet us. After a minute the lady came up front to greet us but she was not very friendly. She asked for patient information verbally in the entry area which is not only unprofessional but I suspect some sort of privacy violation. They are unreliable and never there. I booked an appointment, showed up and no one was there. I booked another time, they called to have to have it rescheduled for a later time then they called again and rescheduled.
I had a great experience at Vitality. I made an appointment to get the myers drip. I was greeted when i walked in and received immediate service. The nurse was able to answer my questions and explain the IV process to me. She got me hooked up with no issues and offered refreshments. It was clean and had a calm atmosphere. I recommend!
Booked an appt for 10:30am and got pushed till noon. When I got there I filled out the intake info and sat there for 10 mins waiting. The nurse never came back to check on me. Saw one of the staff but did not check if I needed help. Left after 10 min.
