What a fantastic group of people Vitality has assembled to coach you through a healthy lifestyle! Cheryl is fantastic and everyone at the front desk is so kind and helpful! I love that they have groceries right on site so it's not difficult to get what you need to be successful!!
Its a nice. Just expensive. Theresa that assisted me every week was wonderful. She genuinely cared about me losing weight and staying motivated.

From the moment I check in with the wonderful Staff at the desk to the time I leave after my session I know I am in great hands.
