Ryan is a great LMT! He has helped me improve my tennis game with his massage techniques. I was having lower back pain that I am no longer having. I can’t recommend Ryan enough!

Have some age-related stiffness and pain in my shoulders and lower back. Saw Ryan Wednesday for my first 30-minute massage at Vitality Health. Ryan was terrific. He worked with consummate skill and perfect technique on my problem areas. I left feeling great and slept like a baby that night!
First time user. I called and spoke to Ryan letting him know I was having extreme stiffness and pain in my neck. He squeezed me in that day. Very thorough massage of my neck and shoulders which relieved quite a bit of the pain. He also followed up the massage sending me a video of a stretch for my issue. The stretch really helped. Still a little sore today, but between the massage and stretch I am much better today. Highly recommend Ryan, and I’ve already scheduled my next appointment.
