I can’t recommend this health centre highly enough! I’ve tried the red light therapy bed, the infrared sauna with red light therapy, and the light and sound therapy session, and every experience has been incredible. The light therapy was unlike anything I’ve experienced before, it was deeply relaxing, and I found myself seeing beautiful colours and imagery while listening to the calming music.
