Today i tried out the infra red sauna at Vitality Health Centre. I found the staff to be friendly and very knowledgable about the infra red sauna and all its benifit to healing. The young lady that served ms showed a lot of empathy towards my needs I was so greatful and happy with the service i recieved. I got the 5 star treatment and will be sure to use them again, matter of fact, im booked in again for two days time.
