Been going there for going on two years now. Enjoyed it every time. Still going back
The cryotherapy saved my body after a gnarly car accident. I was told to go by a friend and I went a couple times a week for 2 months after not being able to barely move from the accident. I cannot even explain the difference it made for me. Diminished my pain dramatically, reduced my inflammation, and helped me sleep! I would highly recommend Vitality Health and Wellness to anyone looking to feel better and heal!!

I have nothing but great things to say about Vitality Health and Wellness. First I will start out by saying I have chronic back pain and using the cryo therapy is so beneficial for me. It helps with my pain but also helps me to feel more mobile. In addition to the cryo they have so many other options to focus on your health and well being. Both saunas are so nice and super hot!
