Met Matt for a TPI assessment. He was able to quickly identify my problem areas and formulated a workout plan to help strengthen them. The app has been helpful in communicating the exercises. After a week of following the plan, I feel more powerful, especially in my longer shots. I think I'll need to team this up with more skill to tone back the power and make the ball go where I want it to go Can't wait to continue with the plan and see more improvements. He was friendly, knowledgeable in targetting the problems and kind.

I’ve been seeing Matt for the past year and he has really helped with my on going back issues and sport injuries.
