As it was my first colonic I was a bit nervous but they made me feel very comfortable after the procedure. I felt so much lighter and I have booked in my next appointment as I’m not nervous at all. As soon as I walked in I felt at ease. Zara was so warm and calming. She took the time to go through everything with me before the colonic which helped with the nerves. The clinic is a lovely, clean space and Zara let me know what to expect post the colonic. I highly recommend Vitality Flow Colonics if you are after a safe, nurturing space to have a colonic!
