This place can't be beat. No matter how fit or unfit you are you will be made to feel welcome, have a great time (who knew workouts could be fun?!?), be challenged according to your needs and abilities, and will leave tired and very glad you went. The staff here are passionate, knowledgeable, and social, and better still, they know everyone's name from the first class on. I can't recommend Vitality highly enough.
Great gym. Fun and friendly trainers and relaxed atmosphere.
