I started a journey of better spine health a few months ago at Vitality Chiropractic. I had initial fear of neck adjustments from previous bad experiences. That fear was addressed and validated which helped me to move past it. After my first treatment plan ended, I have continued with weekly adjustments. Sinus issues, headaches, brain fog, and neck tension are so much better and I am excited about my future health moving forward
