I had a issue with a package today. The shipping company delivering it, did not notify me about it being ready to get picked up until yesterday, though it had apparently been there for awhile. Wendy called me today because she was worried that I hadn't received it and gave me all the information about where it to get. It was very sweet of her and I appreciated her concern. Thank you Wendy!
I must admit that I’m not utilizing VHD as much as I thought I would be due to my life changes. That said, from day1 (4 years ago) they have been outstanding in product choices, customer service, product knowledge. I bought two Thermophore Professional Moist Heat Pads for my massage therapy clinic in Vancouver BC. They're really great, our clients love them, nice weight/heft to them.
