I use them often and like their products. However, I recently ordered a massage bed warmer pad and when it arrived and I plugged it in, it didn't heat up. I called the next day to return it and got the run around. First I'm told to send in picture of the back of the remote (SN) and they'll get a hold of the supplier to see what can be done. They had an item that I needed to get started at RMT school, so glad I could support a Canadian retailer! They confirmed and shipped my item really quickly, and when Canada Post mixed my package into someone else's PO Box they even helped me initiate the claim with lightning speed, so quickly that my package was recovered and into my postbox by the following week. Big thanks to the customer service heros 🤩 I'm sure I'll be finding some more things I need for school and beyond!
I ordered a new heating pad, we loved the old one. When opening we ripped the box slightly. We didn't like the new one we ordered as you have to HOLD down the button to keep the heating pad on the whole time its in use, even though the box says it has a 25 minute timer. Terrible design who would want to hold down a button the entire time you're using the heating pad. The company would not take back the one we didn't like as the box was ripped. Be careful before ordering and unpacking if purchasing from this company.
Ordered creams over the holidays as they said they opened up Jan 2nd..... item shipped Jan 7th..... I am sorry but that is unacceptable, when you quote" do our best to ship all orders by NEXT business day" that would be Jan 2nd or 3rd, not Jan 7th. Now if they expedited the shipping because they did not get to shipped for 4 business days that would be fine, but it is arriving Jan 13th... 2 weeks after the order.
