I use them often and like their products. However, I recently ordered a massage bed warmer pad and when it arrived and I plugged it in, it didn't heat up. I called the next day to return it and got the run around. First I'm told to send in picture of the back of the remote (SN) and they'll get a hold of the supplier to see what can be done.
