The best gym experience I’ve ever had! A warm, welcoming, judgement free gym that will keep you motivated and working hard while having the BEST time doing it. I’ve never been a person who loved going to the gym but Vitality changed that for me.

Love this gym so much! Ive been attending for almost a year now, and I made more progress here in my first few months than I had in years going to other gyms. I genuinely look forward to coming every time. Kristin is super encouraging and easy to work with. They met you where you’re at, and really listen to your goals, needs, concerns, etc and implement that with how they work with you. Every workout is intentional, and I can feel and see how much stronger I’m getting. Cant recommend this gym enough!
I’ve been to this gym twice, and will definitely be returning! Kristin is warm, kind, funny, and provides very helpful guidance for all, including folks like me who haven’t been in a gym for quite a while. I love that there’s a drop in option, as well as a no contract membership option. The size of the gym space facilitates the feeling of community, but simultaneously allows for one to just “do their thing” all while receiving periodic and very helpful gentle guidance or pointers from Kristin.
