Vitality was life-changing for me. It boosted my confidence and made me feel strong and like a total badass after every workout. I was really nervous when I first started, but everyone there was so welcoming and encouraging. It's the perfect place to be if you want to move your body and get stronger.
Everyone is so welcoming. I’ve never attended a gym that made me feel like part of a real community, not just a fake community. Kristin is the best. It’s unfortunately a little far from me living in the Irish channel, but it’s very worth it. Great classes and a lot of variety if you want it. Looking forward to Mardi Gras being over with so I can get back more regularly since I live in “the box”
Went here for a college trip with my professor last year. Awesome coaches who are so genuine and supportive. Felt like a really great environment with no judgement and great accommodation for any skill level. A year later, I’m still thinking of this place. If I had money I’d totally come back!
