Everything about this gym is great. The trainers are knowledgable and approachable (shout out to my trainer Noelle, who has helped challenge and support me through the past year and a half that I have been training with her: if you can get on her schedule, do not hesitate). The gym owners, Chris and Jamie, have created a space where fitness, wellness, and happiness are all priorities. If you are looking for a place to get fit, that is unique, has a great vibe, state of the art equipment and technology, Red light therapy, cold plunge, saunas, flexible hours that fit your schedule, and has delicious water – Vitality Code is your place! And the staff is wonderful. Chris, one of the owners, is so knowledgeable and very inspiring. Hoi is a wonderful personal trainer and can really help you get results. You should definitely try it out!

Super clean gym with everything you would need including cold plunge and sauna. Chris was very helpful and knowledgable. I highly recommend you check this spot out.

Really nice facilities - has everything you could ever need to get in a great workout + recovery. Equipment is very updated and well maintained. The sauna is also amazing after a hard lifting session. I really like that I can buzz in whenever I need to with their app - don’t have to worry about closing or opening hours which is very convenient. Chris and the rest of the staff are super nice and welcoming. No judge zone. Just a bunch of like minded people working on their fitness goals.
