I have relied on Dr. Chan for years for both problems and for regular alignment maintenance. I usually feel subtle improvements after every visit. Dr. Chen is a good chiropractor, however, his front desk is a terrible girl and when you call her to make an appointment, she often interrupts rudely and tells you she is busy and to hurry up. After the treatment, she usually forgets to send receipts, causing the patient to be unable to apply for insurance. When you call to ask for the receipt, she often lies and says that she has sent it, and tells the patient to go to the mailbox to find it. . . She was always the uneasy receptionist.
