I like the taste of the acai bowls here. But each time I have ordered with them, they have always missed at least one ingredient that I paid extra for, and they don't even pick up your calls. Never place online orders with this store- make sure you check your order in person at the store.
service and wait time has gotten even worse over the years
Terrible service. Even when pre-ordering for pickup, expect to wait 25+ minutes. The shop feels understaffed and chaotic, which makes the experience frustrating every time. This is the opposite of what you’d expect from a wellness café. Management really needs to staff appropriately and prioritize customer service. The staff consistently seem irritated, which makes the experience even worse.
Overpriced and service was trash
Great acai bowls! Some seating inside and outside. Very easy to park underground right in front of the store.
