The bowls and smoothies at Vitality Bowls are incredibly good — fresh, flavorful, and worth coming back for. The quality of the food itself is not in question; it’s excellent. What leaves a bad taste, however, is the complete lack of customer service. Ordering through a tablet kiosk is fine for convenience, but being prompted for a tip afterward feels misplaced. I had one of the signature bowls—the Dragon bowl—and it was tasty. Fresh ingredients and great flavors. Definitely hit the spot. I’ll be back for sure to try the other ones!
Got the “wholesome hummus toast” and there was barely any hummus. Disappointing
Smoothie tasted like a watered down, frozen vitamin water. Not sweet at all, was much more like a slushie than a smoothie.
