Love the Acai bowl, but if I went to get steak it would have been cooked and eaten already. Waiting 30 minutes for an Acai bowl is absurd.
I ordered a bowl and it was very very watery and the taste was very different from my previous ones. I don’t know if it’s a new staff or non trained staff. Very dissatisfied and disappointed
They don't fill up the overpriced bowls so you get about half of what you pay for. Often not frozen; açaí bowls are soup. They don't respond when you call about issues. I used to order weekly; I'm so disappointed.
Waited 20+ minutes for two smoothies. Employees were loudly talking in the kitchen the entire time. Nobody tending to the front. I had to ask about the status of my smoothies and when brought out to me they were warm and melted. Absolutely ridiculous and not worth the money. Mind you the store was empty when I arrived and placed my order, over 20 minutes and not even a single person tending to the front is unacceptable. Decent food. For some reason they concentrate really hard on making food but refuse to actually give it to you. You can make eye contact with them like 60 times while they're hiding in the kitchen but they refuse to emerge until you show signs you are visibly annoyed. It's kind of hilarious in retrospect. Maybe add a bell you can ring like a hotel when you need to pick up your order?
