I swear this is the worse locations. One acai bowl can take up to 30+ mins. Management needs to staff better & stop having the employees work by themselves.
Ordered the Mighty Med Salad, and it took like 20 minutes for the order to come out. When it finally came out, it was the saddest salad I have ever seen. The bowl was about half full, even though I paid for extra steak. The steak was cold and rubbery. Complete trash food, trash service. Do yourself a favor and keep walking another block to Urban Plates. Gordon Ramsay needs to do an episode of Kitchen Nightmares at this location.
