Well, I love their food, and the gentleman from corporate named Patrick is a gem, but unless he intervenes, I continue to get bowls that are 1/3 to 1/2 filled, and missing items in my delivery. I just don’t think corporate should have to intervene to have them give you what you paid for. It’s really disappointing because the food is phenomenal.
