I was very excited to try Vitality Bowls as I have been in search of a good, quick, healthy option here in Lubbock. I waited 30 minutes for an acai bowl and a panini. My bowl was chunky and topped with strawberries that were nearly rotten. My steak sandwich was cold in the middle , cheese was not melted, and it had barely three strips of steak. I would not be back. Incredibly over priced for such low quality items.
I stopped here because I was on the side of town and needed a quick bite to eat that was not fast food disgustingness. Vitality offered me a fantastic meal, The taste was amazing and it was healthy. I appreciate the good meal- Poop Dood
All the kids are so friendly there in service is excellent.And I love the bows.They make me feel so healthy.
Every time I’ve come here it’s been an extremely long wait time for a bowl that isn’t fulfilling. I wanted to like this place from what my classmates have said but I cannot with the poor customer service
