Extremely disappointed with this location. I placed an order through DoorDash, and they reported that my food was made but never picked up—yet the store had already closed before I even arrived. Now, I’m out $18 for a bowl I never received because DoorDash refuses to refund me, claiming the food was already made. The service and quality here have gone downhill lately, and this was the final straw. I won’t be returning. Tasted fine till I looked down on my fork and saw how insanely pink this chicken was. Nevermind.
Came here to pick up a couple smoothies and a wrap that I ordered ahead of time. After waiting for 20 minutes, the single employee comes out from the back, And asked if I had an order. Which I replied “yes” Meanwhile, the music on his personal speaker was playing so loud that I could hear it across the street at Nick the Greek. I ordered ahead, when I arrived my food was just being packaged. The bowl tasted amazing, ingredients were so fresh.
I really want to love this place and I never write bad reviews. I come here very often, and almost every single time there is an issue with my order. Waited 40-60 minutes for juice or Their juicer is broken or they don’t have any celery? Waited 20-30 minutes to have them tell me they can’t make my order. They make me a completely wrong juice or without notifying me or calling me when i order online that something they don’t have? I own restaurants and understand the difficulties that arise but this is so consistently bad.
