Took more than 40 minutes to get a salad bowl. Very expensive
Today Vitality Bowl essentially stole nearly $25 from me. $10 in add ons, used $10 coupon. The product they delivered isn’t even what I ordered (ordered açaí which is purple, got hot pink which I imagine is dragon fruit), no customizations included or add ons that I paid for. It’s entirely inedible - the bowl is sweet, what I ordered is tart. Laziest, rudest staff with no idea of time management! Came here to leave my review after my first and last experience at vitality bowls only to find other reviewers having the same negative experience. No one greeted us then after waiting several minutes in line someone came out to rudely tell us to use the kiosk which we then do only to wait 20-25 mins for our one smoothie to find out they have lost our order which I don't understand how since we were the only customers there and even then they were too "busy" to help us p... read more
Employee on duty on Monday May 26th did not really acknowledge me and took 20 minutes to make my order despite me being the only person in the store. Very disappointed as I love açaí and drove all the way from Piedmont to try this place. Writing this review as I’m waiting for my 1 item order to be finished.
