I'm torn because my kids love acai bowls but the service is always terrible. I order ahead of time, receive an ETA and then proceed to wait another 10-15 mins on top of an already 20 min ETA. Why it makes 30-40 mins to make an acai bowl is frustrating. When other customers walked in to order, they were rudely told the wait was 30 mins after they order from the self service kiosk. Very poor experience with the manager Bria. I ordered a power Panini and it was made wrong. To be short the manager came out with an aggressive tone and refused to remake the sandwich or even issue me a refund. Her reasoning was that it was my fault the sandwich was made wrong. Let me just say.. I order the power panini and time I order it it comes with chicken. I love Vitality Bowls Danville! 🤍 Great place to stop a great a snack after a walk or hike or workout or just for a quick treat, get a smoothie or bowl and enjoy tastes amazing, I don’t know why but they do something just better than trying to make a smoothie or açaí bowl at home. 5/5
