They made my bowl with alot of toppings..I.E. the bananas, strawberries and Gojy berries..just like they used to when Vitality Bowl first opened!
This place used to be so great. I heard of it starting in San Ramon right near where I used to live due to a family whose child had allergies and they wanted to make a place that was allergy friendly and health conscious. When this place first came out, it was amazing— the bowls were tasty, the portion sizes were great, the care and intention was in every bowl made. extremely inconsistent and it’s clear everyone isn’t trained the same. morning staff usually gets it right but any other shift the bowl is ALWAYS watery and the staff could care less. i shouldn’t have to go home and put my bowl in the freezer for it to be even slightly the consistency and texture it should’ve been. i’m surprised the store is run this way considering that the owner is an insane control freak. if you’re gonna order a bowl after literally 12pm good luck because it won’t be good.
