The food is good but the amount of food for the amount charged might not leave you satisfied in a variety of ways. When asked what their "power greens" were, we were told lettuce and spinach. That was kinda funny to us who were honestly expecting a little more "power." Wanted to support the new business. I might go back and see if it gets any better.
I started a new diet and tired of "home salads" ect so decided to give Vitality Bowls a try... OMG this place is fabulous!!! The food was perfect, the staff (Natalie, Riley and Lauren) were so friendly and extremely knowledgeable! I felt like I was with a group of friends not just someone taking an order or making you feel a certain kind of way for asking questions about their menu! I strongly recommend you stop in and give it a try! You won't regret it!!! Who knew Healthy food could taste so good ....
I enjoy the smoothies and I always get courteous service. I was very uncomfortable hearing an older woman criticizing the employees in front of the customers. It was rude and they were actually being very polite and respectful. As a customer it doesn’t sit well with me with me, I almost spoke up but didn’t can’t to embarrass the girls.
Very unhappy with my experience, I came to this to pick up my usual a matcha madness smoothie and it was nothing like the previous times. It so so watery and tasted off. I asked for them to remake it and the girl up front said no, it took so long to be able to get a refund. Never coming back.
