*edited for owner response * Walked in today for a 1st time visit; I love a good “clean” eats spot. Was standing by the counter looking at the menu and trying to figure out the process for 10 minutes while I watched the employees through the glass wall. Suddenly, a much paler person walks in - immediately an employee walks out, greets him, and offers to take his order. Zero acknowledgment for me. That’s all I needed to take my business elsewhere.
We ordered catering for both lunch and breakfast. The food was amazing and we even had it delivered. Vitality Bowls was super flexible and accommodating with the menu for a large group.
My to-go smoothie was missing the peanut butter I paid to add ($1) and tasted bland and watery. I couldn’t tell but hopefully they subbed the coconut milk & pea protein I paid for (+$1.75) for the almond milk & whey protein that came in the smoothie originally. Seems to be a lack of quality control and care at this chain smoothie store. Will not visit again or recommend.
Had their steak salad recently- meat was so tender and perfectly cooked with an amazing chimichurri sauce, and it came with greens and an egg and grains… such a delicious, balanced meal that was perfect for on the go. Love having healthy tasty options in our area!
Excellent food and customer service! Highly recommend.
