Too expensive for the quality of Acai bowls they serve. The Acai base is the lightest color I’ve ever had. Nuggets market has better Acai bowls, they are bigger and cheaper and the color of the Acai is way darker. Won’t buy here again.
Since acquiring new owners this place has really gone downhill. Unfortunate because this use to be the only place I would go to eat out. Barely there $20.00 salads and terrible customer service! I asked for utensils, I was told they were placed in the bag and when I checked there was one single fork while I bought food for 2-3 people. I waited 20-25 minutes for food and had to wait another 10 minutes just to be provided the utensils I asked for prior to having to wait another 5-10 min. New owners please!!! The Vegan Wrap also known as the Vitality Wrap was quite tasty! Surprisingly good and well spiced! Called ahead to order. The staff was friendly and food hot and ready for pickup upon arrival.
Waited an hour for a smoothie and a bowl
Today I visited the location in vacaville California while I thought this place was a good idea and the drinks are fantastic I did take a bite into someone's hair when I pointed this out to the staff (neither wearing hair nets) the explanation was someone else prepared the food and all they could do is remake the item for my inconvenience and their poor health and safety practices. [ I will not eat at any of these locations ever again].
