A great pick-me-up after a good workout. Got a chocolate smoothie that was tasty but still felt healthy, the perfect combo. Would go again but it was a little pricey at $12
SO good! The bowls are amazing everything taste so fresh. Love all the options for drinks and food. Young man working the front when we went was so pleasant! Definitely recommend🤌🏼

I am a regular, probably more often than I should. I get my usual Power Protein smoothie, which is amazing, but I’ve also tried other food and bowls, and everything I’ve had is great. Moreover, the staff there is amazing!!! Everyone is so friendly and nice, and the service is always fast and super high quality!
Staying at a hotel nearby and bowls sounded good. Found Vitality and very glad I did. Really small place with only 6-8 seats but it looks like most people carry out anyway. I ordered the Dragon Bowl, medium size. That’s the pic. It’s friggin huge!! The large is … um … huger. Tasted really good. The staff is polite and detailed and fast. When I’m in the area again I’ll pop by. Worth the visit.
