Their smoothies are never good ! I have tried this place multiple times! No flavor at all !
Every since the change in ownership, the Watertown VitalityBowls has upped it's quality of food and service. The staff are friendly and quick to help with any questions you have. Also, with the addition of "Create Your Own Bowl" in the menu, the variety of healthy food options has increased. I highly recommend the Vitality Bowl as a good go-to.
Smoothies were tasteless. The workers were friendly but, the worst smoothie I’ve had.
My roommates and I love acai bowls and we love Vitality bowls especially!! The vitality bowl, tropical bowl, and superfood bowl are our favorites. We usually order delivery, but today I made a mistake on the order and accidentally ordered for pickup. The store was about to close so I gave them a call and the owner answered, coming to our rescue! She was so kind and personally delivered our bowls. Will definitely be ordering again!
Don’t know why this place has bad ratings. We had a great experience! The girl working there is so sweet and friendly, the food is really delicious and wait time was OK. Definitely can recommend!
