I love my Vitality bowl especially the customer friendly service ‼️ Lauren • Aiden • Mareena ( sorry if I spelled it wrong) and all the others but don't know their names ... I feel so comfortable and love to talk and laugh while waiting for my order !!! Immediately they knew my orders before I did 🤗 Thank you ‼️
First of all I LOVE vitality bowl, I frequent it often. However I got a grilled cheese and paid for $3.00 add in of chicken for a protein and when I got home there was no chicken in my sandwich :( even though I paid extra. Other than that great and refreshing food. UPDATE: This is the SECOND time I’ve ordered this sandwich and have received no chicken as an add on so basically vitality bowl owes me $6.00. I got the vitality bowl. It was a bit too sweet but good. The server was kind and friendly. Absolutely loved the interior.
I'm not one to leave negative reviews but service just wasn't there. We came in ordered a custom bowl and a smoothie, we got our food just fine but when we opened the bowl half of it was all granola. We paid for extra base and just got mainly granola with a thin layer of base. We haven't had issues before but this was not ok.
