Sonya addressed my concerns and my massages have all been wonderful. She uses cupping and hot stones on my shoulder and back knots, I find her techniques very helpful. The new location is perfect with lots of parking. I recommend Vitality Bodywork!

I have had some wonderful massages with Sonya and Ryan! Sonya has a way of making you feel calm and relaxed before she even starts the massage! I came out feeling at peace with the world and thoroughly taken care of. I definitely recommend a trip to see them. Treat yourself to some well deserved self-care!
