LOVE this school! Over the course of a year I've learned tons about herbs and physiology. Due to what I learned I have really changed what I eat and how I treat illness. Classes are well-taught and worth every penny. Highly recommend.
This school was what I was looking for. I have been a student for over a year and Jon's knowledge of herbology and physiology are amazing. Classes were taught with respect and insight that made the course content easily assimilated. Christine was great at facilitating hands on projects to bring the lesson home. I would give VSH more than 5 stars if Google would let me! I have taken various classes at the school since 2009. I have been blown away each time with how much care is put into creating an optimal learning environment by Jon and Christine. I am constantly impressed by Jon's knowledge of herbology, botany, the Klamath-Siskiyou bioregion, nutrition, physiology, and various types of "alternative" healing practices. I am a huge fan of the Vitalist School of Herbology! The beginning herbalist class was incredibly informative. Jon and Christine are both professional and friendly, and their tinctures are top-quality too.
Vitalist is to the mind and heart what a steaming mug of ginger and bone broth is to the body - nourishing, warm and fulfilling.
