Dr Caludia got upset becuase I checked with my Medical Insurance if I had a visit or not at her office after being charged $190.00. Basically she said I accused her of not seeing her when i was just asking questions. Even after her own receptionist told me to call my insurace to get dates so I could compare the dates. After getting billed 5 months later, how can someone not have questions about a bill like that. Its very ungrateful on her part even after I paid the visit. Great customer service from front desk employees, never have to wait longer than 5min in and out of appointments, the doctor there is amazing she actually goes over everything.
We are new to this doctors office, and we highly recommend coming here. The staff is helpful, professional, and they are on top of things. We don’t have to wait long to be seen, and Dr. Claudia Perez is awesome! She is knowledgeable and explains things clearly. We are thankful to have found this doctor’s office, and we will gladly recommend this place to others.
I recommend the Dr. Perez to all my friends and family…..I just feel the care she gives is genuine.
