Very disappointing experience with Vitalis. I booked an appointment in February 2025 with Dr Siobhon Graham, for a check up for pains in my chest and to book an appointment for an X ray. Dr Graham told me my appointment was booked and that I would be informed of my appointment in due course. Very unhappy with the service and will not be returning. Paid huge amount for a 30 minute appointment, which the Dr ended after 20 minutes. Paid extra for a test, results in 2-3 days they said. They took 7 days and no advice offered as to what could the problem be as test showed nothing. So still in pain and down over £200. Feel very let down.

Fantastic private GP surgery; very easy to book an appointment online. I was able to book an appt the previous night for my 11 year old son to be seen the next morning. Dr Rory seen my son and he was absolutely fantastic and compassionate. Dr Rory spent the time throughly examining my son and really put him at ease. An amazing GP, whom I would highly recommend; thank you so much Dr Rory. I would highly recommend Vitalis Health. The GP surgery is easy to get to for the city centre location with close by parking.
