We've done multiple transactions with Vitalii- he helped us purchase a few homes and we are in the process of looking for another one. He is very professional, trustworthy, has very calm demeanor even in the stressful satiations, and a great negotiator. He is our go-to realtor that became our friend.
I just purchased a home from Vitalii Velyk and unfortunately the experience was nothing like I see here on this site… I contacted him on a home I liked in Granite bay to hopefully reduce the commision to the sellers and give me a little bargaining power. Come to find out the reduction was minimal to the sellers. I purchased the home at full price minus some of the termite damages the home had. Vitalii Velyk helped us to buy a house in Citrus Heights in 2017. Very prompt and responsive service from the beginning to the end. At one point seller's real estate wanted to back up from accepted offer after deposit, but Vitalii resolved the issue right away and we purchased the house next to the our parents house.
