I want to sing praises to two caregivers.they treat me with respect and dignity. They are Jessica Perry-3rd shift and S Marie Rodriguez. 12/2/25 I want to send praises to the night group of Marie Rodriguez, Jackie Weber and Jessica Perry. They are very knowledgeable on my care needs. 12/2/25 Kayla Mihalic is and has been thoughtful and attentive to my needs 12/2/25 Michelle Clark has helped me on my phone needs. She treats me as a whole person. These people deserve many praises.
I really like the people who take care of my mother. Unfortunately they are so slow to attend to her when she needs attention. Understaffed? The dining room is so very unprofessional that we bring our own meals bc an hour for a salad is not acceptable. I visited today, there were 2 people behind the desk and neither of them greeted me at ALL! Management and nursing are never available to help with questions nor seem to be on the floor working.
