Very quick to answer and schedule appointment. I was in excruciating pain over the weekend and took me in on Monday morning. She did the rapid neurofascial reset and really took the time to explain what she was doing the entire time. I already feel so much relief. Highly recommended 👌
Have been training here since fall 2022. Andrea and Laurence are great motivators. I have lost some weight, gained muscle and burned a lot of calories!
