I would highly recommend Vitale and Son to my neighbors and friends. This service was efficient from Joe’s first visit to completion. All my questions and concerns were patiently handled and not rushed. Within two days the old heating system was removed, and the new one was replaced flawlessly. Vitale and Son Plumbing has provided us with consistently excellent service over the last three years. Mostly recently they have replaced our existing HVAC system and installed a split system in a new addition. I can’t say enough about the quality of the work and the technicians. We are completely satisfied.
The Vitale and Sons team is friendly, professional, and they do quality work. They showed up when they said they would and installed our furnace in a timely manner, helped with set up the wifi thermostat, and explained how to use some of the features on it. They also did a great job with our water heater when that needed to be replaced last year. We will continue to use them for our heating and plumbing needs.
