The best HVAC & Plumbing company in the Northeast! We were having issues with our well pump and Mr.Vitale & his team came out the same day, they let us know the game plan ahead of time and next morning they showed up and got right to work. Him & his group of guys are very knowledgable, professional, kind and friendly. We were always kept informed of any changes, problems or issues as soon as they were encountered. Joe and his team installed a boiler and two radiators in my house in Poconos. He took out the old boiler, a tank full of burning oil, and installed the new system in two days. Really knowledgeable, good service, professional, and very nice people. Highly recommended.
Vitale & Son was there in a pinch when my previous company wouldn't return my calls. As a new customer, they assured me they would get me on the schedule and even checked in with me periodically. Today, they had an opening and fit me in. Let me tell you, I was not disappointed at all. The two gentleman were super professional, hard working, and very informative during the appointment.
