We are genuinely happy with our new home from Vitale Homes. The finished product is beautiful, and the attention to detail in the design and construction is impressive. I do not remember giving a review for Vitale. We have been in our house for over a year. I didn’t want to post a review because I was not happy at the time it was finished. They told us our house would be done in 14 months or less. We made a decision on where to live after we sold our other house based on what they told us. It took them almost 19 months. Their 11 month warranty is ridiculous. It doesn’t cover anything. One of their workers spilled something on our brand new cement in our driveway. We have a big stain and the... read more
