Terrible experience. Non communicative physician. Nothing was discussed that was on my medical report from the visit. The receptionist’s don’t even acknowledge their patients. The doctor wasn’t informative and lacks in integrity based upon what he wrote on my report. I went there to find out what’s wrong with my hearing as well as my ability to smell and taste. Having my tonsils removed was a very painful recovery process, but Dr. Derbyshire is a very professional doctor who always answered my questions and concerns. I recommend him 100%. You may have a thousand questions or doubts about a surgery process, but believe me, you are in very good hands.
They were able to help me with my balance issues. Finally I found an ENT that actually helped me.

The worst doctors visit we have ever had. Dipasqale busted through the door like a hurricane. Was talking so fast jumped right to prescribing drugs and literally asked no questions. He didn’t care to know what was going on just kind of had like a run of the mill answers to speed through the appointment and had no tact. He didn’t read the room at all.
