We began out search for a new home and fell in love with Vitale Homes at Southern Hills. The builders attention to every detail is amazing. The homes are crafted with families in mind. The material quality is top notch and floor plans offer no room for improvement. During our visit we met Mary Varnum, the sales manager on site. Had a great experience working with Vitale Homes. They truly are a “Great” builder to work with from start to finish. The communication during the process was extremely helpful as they answered any questions we had. They worked with us to make changes on the floor plan to fit our specific needs. We had multiple walk throughs during the build at their request to show us the work in progress as well as letting us know the next steps to be taken.
