I hate to rate the firm so poorly for the failure of one attorney. I've heard good things about other attorneys here. I don't recommend Jennifer Shine as an attorney. Since I can't prove anything else, I will imagine she is either inexperienced or incompetent when dealing with what should be the most basic of protective actions for a client.
I was represented by Counsel Jennifer Shine. She is an excellent lawyer who is very knowledgeable on our state laws. Her professionalism, expertise, and friendly service, coupled with being a people person, all came together for the best possible outcome anyone can hope for. Jennifer and her entire staff showed what Vitale family law can provide for the public. Highly recommended.

The one star is bec she was nice I got screwed It has been a nightmare Biggest thing was she didn’t put in my mediation agreement that if I lose income we can change alimony Of course this wasn’t her fault she says but I will say I did call 7 different mediators and attorneys and all of them said it was standard in agreements.
